ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re looking for a strategic, forward-thinking leader to shape and deliver Middlemarch’s talent and organisational development agenda.
As our Talent & Organisational Development Lead, you’ll help shape and build a thriving, inclusive and high-performing workplace where people feel supported to grow, lead and make a real impact.
Reporting to the Executive team, you’ll design and deliver talent and workforce planning strategies, from the ground up, that strengthen our organisational development capabilities, leadership, and culture, ensuring that our workforce has the tools to thrive today and adapt for tomorrow.
You’ll also provide senior leadership on internal engagement, aligning voice, culture and performance across the organisation.
This is a strategic, hands-on role that will influence how we attract, develop reward, and retain our people.
