Job description

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the hiring needs of key stakeholders across our organization. This diverse role involves searching for talent across sales, technology, and consulting, initially focusing on the UK and EMEA markets, with the potential to scale globally.

What You'll Be Doing:

  1. Qualify hiring needs and advise on recruiting strategies and talent market insights.
  2. Proactively target and attract talent to build an engaged candidate pipeline excited by Hitachi Digital Services.
  3. Assess candidates for fit and cultural alignment with the team and company values.
  4. Present diverse, qualified candidate shortlists to hiring managers.
  5. Lead recruitment activities, set expectations with the business, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  6. Utilize social media channels to enhance brand awareness and attract talent.

What You Bring to the Team:

  1. Proven sourcing and attraction skills within the technology sector.
  2. Experience recruiting across various disciplines including Sales, Technical, and Consulting.
  3. End-to-end recruitment lifecycle management experience.
  4. Collaborative approach with HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders.
  5. Familiarity with talent acquisition tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, Workday ATS, and ZoomInfo.
