About the Role: We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our established Talent Acquisition team on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter with a background in technology, IT or specialist recruitment who enjoys sourcing talent, managing recruitment processes and delivering a great candidate experience. Working closely with our Senior Talent Acquisition Specialists, you'll play a key role in delivering recruitment across a range of technology-focused vacancies. While the Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will lead stakeholder relationships and portfolio strategy, you'll be responsible for driving recruitment activity, proactively identifying talent and ensuring vacancies progress efficiently from attraction through to hire. You'll utilise your market knowledge and sourcing expertise to build talent pipelines and engage high-quality candidates across a variety of technical and specialist disciplines. A significant part of the role will involve using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels to identify and attract passive talent, supporting the delivery of current and future hiring requirements. This is a busy and varied role where you'll manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, coordinate recruitment activity, maintain accurate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure candidates receive a professional and positive experience throughout their journey. You'll also support our commitment to inclusive recruitment, helping to attract diverse talent and ensuring fair, consistent and objective hiring practices throughout the recruitment process.
You will be an experienced recruiter with a proven track record of delivering successful technology, IT or specialist recruitment campaigns, either within an agency environment or an in-house Talent Acquisition team. You will have a strong understanding of the technology talent market and be confident engaging with candidates across a range of specialist skill sets. You'll be highly proficient in LinkedIn Recruiter and have a passion for sourcing, talent mapping and building talent pipelines. You'll know how to identify and engage passive candidates, create effective sourcing strategies and maintain momentum across multiple recruitment campaigns. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential, along with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload in a fast-paced environment. You'll be comfortable screening candidates, coordinating recruitment processes and maintaining accurate recruitment records and data. You'll also understand the importance of inclusive recruitment and be committed to delivering a fair and positive experience for every candidate. We operate a hybrid working model, with this role requiring attendance at our Cobalt office for 1-2 days per week. If you're looking for an opportunity to join an experienced and supportive team, make an immediate impact and further develop your expertise in technology and specialist recruitment, we'd love to hear from you.
