Responsibilities

  • Source talent using LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools, and professional networks.
  • Lead trainee attraction campaigns and represent at careers fairs.
  • Write engaging job adverts, manage applications, coordinate interviews, maintain ATS.
  • Conduct interviews and present hiring managers with strong shortlists.
  • Track key recruitment metrics and help drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance employer brand.

What you’ll do
  • Source talent: Us LinkedIn, job boards, AI tools, and professional networks to identify and engage outstanding candidates.
  • Lead early careerst: Lead trainee attraction campaigns and represent Stepnell at careers fairs.
  • Own the recruitment journey: Write engaging job adverts, manage applications, coordinate interviews, maintain our ATS, and oversee the offer process.
  • Interview & shortlist: Conduct interviews and present hiring managers with strong shortlists.
  • Measure & improve: Track key recruitment metrics and help drive continuous improvement.
  • Promote our brand: Partner with Marketing to enhance our employer brand and showcase our culture.
What you’ll bring
