ROLE DESCRIPTION: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work closely with the business to identify, engage and attract talent internally and externally while providing a great candidate experience through the hiring process. You will partner with hiring managers, improve candidate attraction and experience, and guide hiring managers and candidates through a best‑in‑class recruiting experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Deliver a timely and responsive end‑to‑end recruitment process for UK and Europe.
  • Create hire briefs and job specifications with managers for high‑volume or specialist roles.
  • Sourcing, benchmarking, interviewing, making offers, and onboarding.
  • Manage the applicant tracking system and build candidate pipelines and talent pools.
  • Plan for critical recruitment points in the year.
  • Manage agency and supplier relationships.
  • Proactively develop and maintain relationships with candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Ensure that diversity and inclusion is a key part of the recruitment and people strategy.
  • Manage recruitment administration.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Demonstrable work experience in end‑to‑end recruitment – internal or agency.
  • Experience recruiting in Europe, outside of the UK.
  • Language skills: French, German or Spanish.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadlines.
