Job summary

Footasylum, a leading UK retailer of streetwear and sportswear, seeks a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for retail management and Head Office in Greater Manchester. You will collaborate with hiring managers to craft compelling adverts, source candidates across channels, and maintain strong relationships to streamline the hiring process.

You will screen CVs, participate in interviews, provide feedback, and contribute to employer branding efforts.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in retail or agency settings.
• Strong collaboration with hiring managers and HR to fill roles.
• Experience using ATS, job boards and social platforms for sourcing.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for Footasylum retail management and Head Office.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to write effective adverts for openings.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and regularly schedule meetings.
