Requirements
What You’ll Be Doing:
  • End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full hiring process, from sourcing to placement.
  • Industry-Focused Hiring – Develop targeted recruitment strategies for Social Care, Construction, and Education.
  • Candidate Sourcing – Use job boards, social media, networking, and innovative strategies to find the best talent.
  • Building Relationships – Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and deliver top candidates.
  • Talent Pipeline Management – Maintain a strong database of skilled professionals for future opportunities.
  • Enhancing Candidate Experience – Ensure smooth communication, timely feedback, and a positive recruitment journey.
  • Process Improvement – Collaborate with HR and department heads to streamline hiring and onboarding.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or sales, would be desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and talent attraction strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills—you build relationships effortlessly.
