Linaker Ltd is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support across the TA function, covering Engineering and Non-Engineering roles. You will proactively source candidates, build a robust talent pipeline and maintain accurate ATS records.

The role offers a hybrid work pattern with a mix of home and office days, requiring strong organisational and communication skills. You will collaborate with the People team to deliver a seamless candidate journey and contribute to a positive workplace

Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, in-house or agency, ideally volume recruitment into contact centre/business support.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Able to balance multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proactive in a hybrid home/office role and comfortable with changing demands.
• Experience with an ATS/HRIS, HiBob or Teamtailor is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates from job boards, social media and referrals.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline to meet recruitment demands.
• Promote current vacancies on social platforms.
• Ensure documentation is complete from new hires.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Support the People team with additional tasks as needed.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting across our TA function, working on a wide range of positions across both Engineering and Non-Engineering disciplines.

WHAT YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

• Proactively source candidates from various sources including job boards, social media and referrals.
• Work with the TA team to build & maintain a talent pipeline to ensure recruitment demands are achieved.
• Use various social media platforms to showcase current vacancies.
• Ensure all required documentation is received from successful candidates.
• Ensure accurate candidate records are kept on our in-house ATS system.
• Any additional tasks when required to support the People team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Previous experience of working in Recruitment, either in-house or agency – ideally with an understanding / experience of volume recruitment into contact centre/business support functions
• Superb communication skills are a must.
• A hunger to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to confidently balance multiple tasks & priorities.
• This role will be a mixture of home and office based so you must be proactive in nature.
• Previous experience of working with an ATS / HRIS – prior experience of Hi Bob or Teamtailor would be a plus!
• Passionate about all things people and delivering a seamless candidate journey.
• A good sense of humour and positive by nature.
