Career Progression Path

• Year 1: Talent Acquisition £35k OTE
• Year 2: Talent Acquisition Manager £40k+ OTE
• Year 3: Senior Talent Acquisition Manager £50k+ OTE
• Year 4: Lead Talent Acquisition Manager £60k+ OTE
• Year 5: Team Leader/Business Manager £70k+ OTE
• Year 6+: Director Level £100k+ OTE
