Oliver James is expanding in the Dublin market, and we’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to help drive growth across one of our fastest‑growing and most profitable business units.
Based in our Manchester HQ, you’ll work closely with the CTO, Country Director of Ireland, Regional Executive Director, and the wider Talent team. You’ll also have regular opportunities to travel to our Dublin office, engaging directly with local teams and shaping our growth strategy in the region.
This isn’t a typical in‑house TA role – we’re looking for someone with a recruitment mindset, comfortable managing full 360 processes, stakeholder relationships, and strategic headhunting across a busy, fast‑paced market.
