Job summary

Florette in Lichfield, part of Agrial Fresh Produce Ltd, seeks a Recruitment & Retention Advisor to join the HR team. You’ll own end-to-end recruitment across sites, manage onboarding and drive retention and wellbeing initiatives.

Work to attract talent, ensure compliance with UK right-to-work rules, build employer branding and report recruitment KPIs in a fast-paced FMCG environment.

Qualifications

• Proven recruitment track record in fast paced, high volume environment
• Experience of working on retention and wellbeing initiatives
• Knowledge of UK recruitment legislation including GDPR, Modern Slavery, ETI and DE&I
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced organisation
• Strong relationship building and communication across stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment campaigns across sites and levels
• Conduct screening interviews and coordinate testing as needed
• Oversee recruitment advertising and in-house ATS system
• Coordinate onboarding and new starter integration
• Collaborate with HR on retention, wellbeing and engagement initiatives
• Ensure recruitment processes comply with UK law and right to work checks
• Develop employer branding and report monthly recruitment KPIs
