A leading financial institution in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking a TA Recruitment Coordinator to manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle. The successful candidate will have previous recruitment experience, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. This full-time contract role offers flexibility to work remotely one day a week.
Job Description
Reporting into the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, the TA Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in delivering and managing our end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across RBC Capital Markets, Front Office and BlueBay Asset Management.
RBC’s expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.
