What is the opportunity? Reporting into the Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner, the TA Recruitment Coordinator will play a key role in delivering and managing our end-to-end recruitment cycle for roles across RBC Capital Markets, Front Office and BlueBay Asset Management.

RBC's expectation is that all employees and contractors will work in the office with some flexibility to work up to 1 day per week remotely, depending on working arrangements.

Responsibilities

Represent the Company at industry events. Work with the TA Partner to continually review, amend and implement changes to selection and assessment processes which lead to positive hiring outcomes. Cover for the TA Administrators where necessary and provide administrative support including interview booking, offer letter generation and TA inbox management.

What will you do?

Act as subject matter expert working with hiring managers, making recommendations and offering advice on all areas of recruitment. Manage recruitment processes to ensure an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience. Analyse and recommend process improvements where necessary. Track and analyse data to determine its accuracy and effectiveness. Communicate effectively and work with the wider HR function (e.g. Reward) to ensure shared departmental objectives are achieved.

Requirements
  • Demonstrable previous recruitment experience (agency or in‑house). Proven ability to develop strong relationships with hiring managers.
  • Experience in discussing and negotiating offers.
  • Highly adaptable and flexible as part of a fast‑paced environment with evolving hiring requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills.
  • Able to prioritise workload effectively, strong time management and organisational skills.
  • Experience of working with LinkedIn, internet search tools, job boards.
  • Experience of ATS systems such as Workday and SuccessFactors.
  • Nice to have Demonstrable previous recruitment experience in financial services.
