This is a fixed term role for 12 months covering maternity leave with a start date needed of 1st February, and a requirement to be in Leeds 3 days per week.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional recruitment support for our retail business. You’ll manage end-to-end hiring for salaried roles across our stores in the South, ensuring we attract and secure the best talent to keep our business thriving. This role is hands‑on, requiring strong sourcing skills, market insight, and the ability to engage passive candidates in a competitive market.
You’ll work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide expert advice, and deliver a seamless candidate experience that reflects our brand values. From crafting compelling job adverts to headhunting for critical roles, you’ll be a trusted partner who helps shape our retail talent pipeline.
As Asda has a hybrid way of working with a minimum 3 days a week in one of our Home Offices. Over and above this, each area may have additional requirements which may require spending more days in the office, visiting suppliers, stores or depots.
