As a Talent Acquisition Partner, together with a small team supporting the UK and Ireland, you’ll play a key role in our recruitment efforts across the UK&I businesses. You will also play part of the wider EMEA team, providing support to other European and MEA locations as required.

How you’ll make an impact

  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to gain deep business knowledge and understand hiring needs.
  • Develop job advertisements and implement tailored sourcing activities.
  • Maintain proactive communication with all parties involved.
  • Ensure an efficient process from job requisition approval to onboarding.
  • Attract diverse talent through various channels.
  • Actively develop and maintain external talent pipelines.
  • Perform pre‑screening activities to assess candidate suitability.
  • Drive candidate centricity and ensure a signature candidate experience.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or relevant work experience.
  • Experience in a similar role, either with an agency or in‑house.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and German is required.
  • Knowledge of the industry sector is desirable.
  • Ability to effectively source and attract candidates.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
  • Expert with different sourcing channels; LinkedIn Recruiter certified preferred.
  • Good judgment skills based on behavioral interviewing techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal and networking skills.
  • The right to live and work in the UK or Ireland without restriction.
