This role involves managing the full recruitment cycle for financial advisory roles, sourcing high-calibre candidates, and collaborating with hiring managers. Talent Acquisition Partner (6 month FTC)

Frazer Jones have been instructed by a Management Consultancy to secure a TA Partner to cover Financial Advisory on a fixed term contract basis. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a company that advises FTSE 100 companies to tackle complex business challenges.

My client is looking for an in-house Recruiter with a background in professional services with a focus on forensics, M&A, transaction services and deals. Experience from the Big 4 or management consultancies would be preferable. Global coverage is a pre-requisite.

As a recruitment partner, you’ll be at the heart of the talent acquisition function. You’ll have the opportunity to showcase your expertise in full life-cycle recruitment, implement innovative sourcing strategies, and contribute to long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for roles in the (global) Financial Advisory business
  • Source and screen high-calibre candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define target candidate profiles and guide the selection process
  • Analyse interview feedback, facilitate decision-making, and communicate outcomes to candidates
  • Develop new sourcing strategies and recruitment initiatives
  • Drive and support recruitment initiatives related to diversity and inclusion, assessment, technology, and attraction

To be considered for this role you must have global coverage from a professional services firm – ideally a management consultancy or Big 4.

Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and applicant tracking systems

Excellent communication skills and discretion in managing confidential information

The client offers a hybrid working pattern – 2 days in the London office, 3 days from home

This is an urgent hire, and the client is looking for a mid December start (first week of January latest).
