Job description

A well-established regional organisation based in Uxbridge is seeking a capable Talent Acquisition Partner to join the HR team. As a business that embraces flexibility you will have the opportunity to work from home 2 days per week.

Reporting into the People & Culture Advisor you will lead and coordinate the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process by working closely with Hiring Managers and agencies to design smart, values-driven hiring strategies. You will take a holistic view of talent acquisition from managing the full recruitment journey, improving processes and using data to drive efficient decisions to shape the HR strategy. Additionally, you will prepare weekly recruitment updates, prepare offer letters and support with HR administrative duties including maintaining employee records in the HRIS.

In order to be suitable for this role, you will be an accomplished Talent Acquisition professional with excellent communication skills and demonstratable expertise in providing a proactive service. You will have solid recruitment experience and will ideally hold a CIPD qualification. You will also have knowledge of MS Office Applications including Excel coupled with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The team are looking for an organised, tech-savvy recruitment professional with a commitment to promoting inclusions, fairness and an excellent candidate experience.
