Nascent is looking for a creative, curious, and driven Talent Acquisition Partner to help us find and hire exceptional people across our investing, engineering, and platform teams. You’ll lead full-cycle hiring for specific groups—partnering closely with hiring managers to define what success looks like, craft sharp and compelling sourcing strategies, and ensure every candidate experience is thoughtful, fast, and high-signal.
You’ll play a strategic role in shaping how we attract, assess, and close top talent, with involvement in onboarding to ensure new hires ramp smoothly. This is a remote role, with occasional travel for in-person work and one annual team retreat. While Pacific Time is preferred, we welcome candidates across all North American time zones.
