Frazer Jones is partnering with a prestigious private equity client to appoint a Talent Acquisition Partner to join their London-based HR team. This role will focus on hiring for global Technology roles within the firm and will report into the CPO.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the firm’s recruitment strategy, ensuring a seamless and high-quality hiring experience across multiple international locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the complete recruitment process for Infrastructure roles across global office locations.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team dynamics and craft bespoke sourcing approaches.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment firms, managing onboarding and negotiating terms aligned with the firm’s supplier framework.
  • Facilitate role scoping sessions with hiring teams and agency partners to ensure clarity on expectations.
  • Interview candidates and evaluate both their technical capabilities and cultural compatibility.
  • Deliver timely and constructive feedback to applicants and internal stakeholders.
  • Work alongside HR peers to guarantee a seamless onboarding journey for new hires.
  • Ensure recruitment platforms are accurately maintained for reliable data and reporting.
  • Provide insights on market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform hiring decisions.

Candidate Profile:

  • Proven experience in an in-house Talent Acquisition role.
  • Must have worked within the Technology recruitment space.
  • Background in Financial Services would be beneficial.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
