As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, working closely with senior managers and stakeholders to attract and secure the best talent for the University. Your role will involve developing tailored attraction strategies, leveraging digital platforms such as LinkedIn, and proactively sourcing talent through innovative methods. Key Qualifications and Responsibilities
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of professional roles.
- Expertise in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other digital platforms for proactive candidate sourcing, with strong Boolean search skills.
- Comprehensive understanding of UK employment law and recruitment best practice, including diversity and inclusion principles.
