A multinational packaging company based in Manchester is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage global recruitment processes. This role involves working closely with hiring leads to ensure a high-quality candidate experience. TMS Global are a wholly owned subsidiary of DS Smith PLC, an International Paper company, who are a multi-national packaging and display manufacturing business who are a leading global provider of corrugated packaging solutions. TMS Global specialise in the outsourcing of retail display, print and packaging for a variety of global customers and are active in 97 markets globally and we are made up of just over 300 people who are spread internationally across APAC, LATAM, EMEA and NA.
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join us on a permanent basis with Hybrid working based out of our Manchester office.
As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for permanent and fixed term positions on a global scale. Working closely with the TA Lead and Hiring Managers, you will ensure that every candidate receives an exceptional experience while delivering a World-Class resourcing service to our business. You will be a brand ambassador for TMS and ensure that we recruit the best talent for our future.
This role would be a great fit for you if you thrive in a fast paced and complex global hiring environment. You’ll need to be great at collaborating, have a high level of attention to detail and organisational skills whilst also being adaptable to react quickly to an evolving scope.
