Job summary

Simply Business is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own the full recruitment journey, from briefs with managers to interviews and offers. You’ll build diverse talent pools, act as a brand ambassador, and ensure a smooth, inclusive candidate experience across our hybrid London team.

You’ll source and screen candidates, negotiate offers, and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders while navigating a compliance-focused environment.
