Description

As a Talent Partner you will have proven track background of working in-house with the ability of head hunting the best Talent to the intertek brand. You will have a professional approach when representing the HR Talent team and coach hiring managers to take each candidate on the best candidate experience.

Required skills and experience
  • Proven track background in head hunting in an in-house role within a high-volume capacity
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Work in partnership with the hiring managers / HRBPs on writing role profiles
  • Able to create / write adverts and work with marketing as the expert
  • Lead on interviews questions (CBI) and packs to create fairness and non-bias
  • Strong experience in planning and running assessment centres
  • Must be a strong team player and work in partnership with the wider organisation

As a Talent Partner you are responsible for ensuring strong relations are built across the business lines to nurture a pipeline and be commercially aware to keep abreast of the current market. Role Responsibilities
  • Building strong working partnerships with Hiring Managers / HRBPs to understand skills / business areas
  • Advertising jobs and ensuring all is on brand with positive and current language
  • Build skilled aligned pipelines and strategies to build direct candidate approach
  • Excellent communication both written / verbal with strong grammar
  • Align all interviews for each stage where needed to support the team
  • Right to work verified / provided to process contract
  • Good systems knowledge and ability to keep all information up to date
  • Build effective working partnerships with 3rd party suppliers
  • Adhering best practice to support brand and business areas
  • Work at pace with a focus on time frames and turn around
  • Deliver targets set and able to work at pace / multi-task
  • Strong team player with a hands‑on approach
