Our client is a fast-growing SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) company with offices in Central London. With a strong focus on graduate recruitment, a need has come up to hire a highly process-driven Talent Acquisition Partner to take on the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire high-volume graduate recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer
  • Candidate Experience Champion: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and constructive feedback to all candidates
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule all candidate interviews, working collaboratively with an Administrative Assistant to manage calendars and logistics efficiently
  • Data & Reporting: Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source-of-hire, candidate conversion rates) and provide regular reports to the People Operations team, using data to drive continuous process improvement
  • Compliance: Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to relevant employment laws and internal policies, promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the process
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate closely with hiring managers across various teams to understand their needs, define role requirements, and ensure a seamless, high-quality hiring experience
  • Recruitment Agency Management: Act as the main point of contact for our recruitment agencies, ensuring pro‑active communication and a strong working relationship is maintained to support graduate hiring needs
  • Manage Employee Referral Scheme: As well as participating in marketing events and designing manuals and guides for managers
Requirements
  • Full right to work in the UK without any restrictions and availability to work from an office in Central London at least 2 days a week
  • Experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, Recruiter, or similar role with a strong focus on high-volume graduate or entry-level recruitment
  • Familiarity and experience utilising platforms like Glassdoor, LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and branding
  • Proactive and excellent attention to detail
  • Experience managing and streamlining recruitment processes to handle large volumes of applications efficiently and effectively
  • Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple vacancies and deadlines simultaneously
  • Experience tracking and reporting on recruitment KPIs
  • Educated to degree level from a UK university
