About The Role

Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Doncaster

Your Role

As our Talent Acquisition Partner you’ll play a key role in supporting Talent Acquisition initiatives. This is a hands‑on role where you will drive operational excellence, champion inclusive recruitment practices and use data to deliver best in class candidate and Hiring Manager experiences. Your role will also involve:

  • Collaborating with Managers to forecast hiring needs and align talent strategy with business goals.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through community engagement, sector networking, and digital outreach.
  • Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote our values-led employer brand.
  • Lead on all volume and early careers recruitment requirements with an emphasis on Support Worker roles, including candidate attraction, shortlisting, preparation of selection materials and the offer process.
  • Collaborate with and develop external partnerships to develop our employer brand and candidate pool such as working with schools, colleges and universities, local councils, job centres and communities.
  • Support the implementation of the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy, with particular emphasis on initiatives around Support Worker recruitment.
  • Using labour market insights and data analytics to inform decision-making and workforce planning.
  • Elevating our employer brand through storytelling, social media, and sector engagement.
About You

  • A tech-savvy recruiter who embraces tools, trends, and transformation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information in various formats, eg Powerpoint, Excel.
  • Inquisitive with the ability to problem solve and offer solutions and recommendations.
  • Desire to learn and for continuous improvement.
  • Highly customer focused.
  • Up to date knowledge of Employment Legislation and current recruitment practices.
  • Right to work including visas and sponsorship/willing to work towards gaining this knowledge.
  • Proven track record of managing the end to end recruitment process for volume roles within a fast-paced environment utilising a proactive direct sourcing model.
  • Experience of supporting Talent Acquisition related projects.

A driving licence is also required due to some travel to other sites some of which are not easily accessible by public transport.
