The role of Talent Acquisition Partner is important to us. This is a crucial role for our growing business, and we require a driven, and tenacious personality who can quickly build relationships and manage a varied stakeholder group. An initiative-taker with a positive attitude and a flexible outlook. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Lead and joining an existing team spread across the UK, Europe and Malaysia, you will support our Internal Managers and Directors in their recruiting needs. We would love to welcome you to our Crewe Head Office Campus, working hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm. Your responsibilities day to day will include…

Responsibilities
  • Taking ownership of and lead the recruitment process for our front line volume roles; from initial conversations with hiring managers to managing a positive candidate recruitment experience through to offer.
  • Pro-actively sourcing candidates and build a candidate pipeline through typical recruitment methods whilst also thinking outside of the box to find the best talent for the organisation.
  • Responsibility for shortlisting CVs for your business areas, influencing and educating our Hiring Managers on talent and the market landscape.
  • Supporting with recruitment related projects to ensure the function in continuously improving our processes and procedures and engagement with the wider business.

Please note this role is full-time in our Crewe HQ office, 5 days per week, 8:30am - 5pm, We are committed to ensuring an inclusive and accessible recruitment process for all candidates. Qualifications
  • Ability to source qualified candidates by networking and using the tools provided (LinkedIn, Indeed, ATS).
  • Excellent communication and engagement skills with the ability to build strong relationships with all levels of colleagues across the organisation.
  • Previous experience partnering with stakeholders and supporting them with hiring decisions.
