A leading higher education group is seeking a highly organised Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Administrator in Coventry. This role involves supporting recruitment processes, ensuring compliance with HR guidelines, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate should have strong administrative experience, attention to detail, and proficiency in HR systems. This is a temporary position lasting 3-6 months with full-time hours, Monday to Friday.
We are recruiting for a highly organised and proactive Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Administrator to join a busy People Team within a leading higher education group. The successful candidate will be cross‑trained to support both Talent Acquisition (TA) and Onboarding activities, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers. This role requires exceptional customer service skills, accuracy, and the ability to manage high‑volume administrative processes efficiently.
Location: Coventry onsite
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1‑hour lunch)
Contract: Temporary via thefutureworks (3‑6 months)
