Overview

A fast-growing and acquisitive global FinTech business is looking for a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead on the recruitment strategy for their Retail Division. This role will ensure that the business attract, hire, and retain top talent for the division and will design and deliver recruitment plans and strategies. As TA Manager, this role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, partnering closely with hiring managers and leadership in order to meet workforce needs. In addition to this, the TA Manager will be responsible for a small team of specialists.

Key responsibilities
  • designing and driving a future-looking talent acquisition strategy in order to support big picture goals
  • overseeing full recruitment lifecycle – from sourcing and assessment to selection and onboarding
  • ensuring a seamless and best in class candidate experience
  • leading, coaching and inspiring a high-performing recruitment team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence and continuous improvement
  • delivering an exceptional onboarding journey that enables new joiners to quickly integrate
  • partnering strategically with hiring managers to translate workforce plans into hiring solutions
  • adopting innovative sourcing methods to attract top talent
  • providing market insights to hiring managers and leadership
  • analysing and reporting on recruitment and onboarding metrics
  • building and maintaining talent pipelines
  • contributing to broader talent and culture projects and initiatives
Experience required
  • proven experience in an in-house talent acquisition capacity within a fast-paced and high-volume environment
  • ideally a background in customer facing recruitment such as retail, hospitality, logistics
  • leading recruitment and/or onboarding teams
  • strong knowledge of recruitment best practice, onboarding processes, ATS and HRIS tools
