You will be primarily based in the office for at least three days a week.

Talent Acquisition Manager - Commercial & Corporate Functions

Contract type: 12 Month Contract (Maternity cover)

Location: Uxbridge office, working at least 3 days per week in the office

We are seeking a strategically minded Talent Acquisition Manager to manage and coach a small team of TA Partners and Coordinators. Critical to success in this role will be your ability to take a holistic view of the Talent Acquisition needs of the business, to identify and build long term strategies to deliver successful outcomes for CCEP. The role will lead on recruiting for Senior level roles in the Commercial and Corporate Functions areas, whilst also leading on various projects.

Reporting into the Head of Talent Acquisition GB, you will:

  • Lead and develop a small, high-performing team of TA Partners and Coordinators; setting clear goals, providing coaching and development, and driving change with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Own Commercial & Corporate Functions TA reporting, delivering insights and performance metrics to senior stakeholders across the business.
  • Oversee and execute strategic projects focused on continuous improvement, employer branding, and enhancing both employee and candidate experience.
  • Define and drive the TA agenda across Commercial & Corporate Functions within CCEP, while partnering closely with the People & Culture team to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and practices to increase efficiency and impact.
  • Build and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelines for senior-level roles across Commercial & Corporate Functions GB, leveraging diverse sourcing methods and networking strategies.
  • Champion inclusion and diversity by ensuring fair, equitable, and transparent recruitment processes that align with CCEP’s I&D objectives at every stage of the candidate journey.
  • Represent CCEP’s TA function externally through Early Careers recruitment programs, campaigns, and engagement with various job boards and partners.

We'd welcome your application if you have proven experience and skills in:

  • Proven experience operating at a senior level within in-house Talent Acquisition. Experience within FMCG or a similar fast-paced industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of coaching, developing, and supporting teams while confidently addressing performance and growth conversations.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management abilities; skilled at building trusted relationships and collaborating effectively whilst navigating challenging discussions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Highly analytical and data-driven, with the ability to leverage insights to identify opportunities and deliver creative, pragmatic, and scalable TA solutions.
  • Experienced in using CRM platforms such as Eightfold (or similar) to manage talent pipelines and enhance candidate engagement.
  • Skilled in external networking and direct sourcing, with a proven ability to attract, engage, and convert senior-level talent.
  • Demonstrated experience in continuous improvement, assessment methodologies, and employer branding initiatives.
