Billion Dollar Boy in London is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment for permanent and FTC roles. You will partner with the Talent Acquisition Director to source, screen, schedule interviews and drive a compelling candidate experience across multiple departments.

You will optimise hiring processes, provide data-driven insights, and shape recruitment strategies as the business scales. A strong emphasis on diversity and inclusive hiring is expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
• Experience managing multiple projects and deadlines.
• Evidence of genuine interest in D,E&I and inclusive recruitment.

Responsabilités

We have a brand new opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager to join our growing team in our London office.

As Talent Acquisition Manager you will play a critical role in end-to-end recruitment life cycle activities across permanent and FTC roles; supporting hiring managers and driving an exceptional candidate experience. Working alongside and supporting our Talent Acquisition Director, your core duties will include candidate sourcing, application reviewing and candidate screening, interview scheduling and getting involved with different projects in recruitment.

You will play an active role in helping ensure our hiring processes are streamlined and optimised and that we have the data we need to inform recruitment decisions.

As our business scales, and our resourcing approaches evolve, you will have the opportunity to shape and improve what we do and how we do it!

Responsibilities:

• You will predominantly be responsible for managing multiple recruitment processes, sourcing for assigned positions from job boards and other platforms, qualifying talent, and facilitating interviews through to offer stage
• Supporting on sourcing candidates directly through your network, LinkedIn, and other social media sites, relying minimally on outside staffing agencies
• Supporting on conducting initial phone and video screens of applicants
• Help to build strong, diverse pipelines of quality talent for various positions across all departments including Client Services, Creative, Strategy, Project Management and more.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agreeing on and coordinating deliverables and priorities
• Consistently use our applicant tracking system (Teamtailor) to funnel candidates through the interview process and ensure hiring managers are using the system
• Good knowledge of direct candidate attraction methods; including social media, advertising channels, talent pooling/pipelining, and sourcing
• Ability to promote BDB as an employer of choice by creating engaging recruitment marketing content

Skills & Attributes:

• Previous recruitment experience - ideally in Advertising/Marketing.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• 5+ years experience in a Recruitment/Talent Acquisition role.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently.
• Knowledge of an ATS system - we use Teamtailor
• Organised and detail-oriented is a must.
• Genuine interest and passion for D,E &I
