The Role

As Talent Acquisition Manager, you ll take ownership of the end-to-end recruitment strategy, driving scalable, data-led hiring processes across technology, product, and business operations.

This is a strategic and hands‑on role ideal for someone who can balance vision with execution. You ll work closely with senior stakeholders to understand workforce needs, build a high‑performing recruitment team, and create an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver the overall talent acquisition strategy aligned to business growth plans.
  • Build, mentor, and manage a recruitment team capable of supporting rapid scaling across tech and business functions.
  • Own and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to onboarding.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to forecast hiring needs, manage expectations, and provide insights on market trends.
  • Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion, ensuring inclusive practices are embedded throughout the hiring process.
  • Implement recruitment technology and processes that improve efficiency and candidate experience.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives, showcasing the company as an employer of choice in FinTech.
  • Analyse and report on recruitment metrics, using data to drive continuous improvement.
About You
  • Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Manager / Lead / Head of Recruitment, ideally within FinTech or Technology.
  • Demonstrated success in building and scaling recruitment teams in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments.
  • Strong understanding of technology and product recruitment within the FinTech landscape.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Strategic mindset with a hands‑on, data‑driven approach.
  • Passionate about innovation, process improvement, and candidate experience.
  • Proficient in modern ATS systems, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
