Job summary

Evolve Group in Milton Keynes seeks a Head of Internal TA to own internal talent function end-to-end; this is not a traditional TA role.

You will headhunt to source, build inbound and outbound strategies, and assess potential rather than just records; you’ll work directly with founder and senior team.

You’ll influence equity access and multi-6-figure earnings, with emphasis on quality over volume.

Head of Internal TA - Supporting a small but seriously high-performing headhunting firm, you'll be critical in us unlocking high performance at scale.

We’re a founder-led high-performing recruiting firm operating at the sharp end of a complex investment management market with average fees in excess of $200,000

We have a proven model for taking people from zero to billing $500k+ in year one; we can win big. Now we’re hiring for someone to build the machine that lets us win often.

To do that, we’re hiring someone to own our internal talent function end-to-end.

This is not a traditional TA role.
