Talent Acquisition Early Careers Programme CoordinatorWe are searching for an experienced Talent Acquisition Early Careers Programme Coordinator

Make an Impact at RSM UK

RSM is seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Early Careers Programmes Coordinator, to join our Early Careers Talent Acquisition team. Working closely with the wider Early Careers programmes team, you will be responsible for delivering RSM’s work experience, internship and placement programmes which form an integral part of our attraction and pipeline strategy. This is an exciting opportunity to play a pivotal role in engaging our future talent through work experience to support RSM’s early careers hiring needs.

You will be required to travel to other national RSM offices and attend external events (including evening events) as part of this role throughout the year.

You will make an impact by :
  • Leading on work experience and internship administration relating to attraction and job adverts, recruitment processes, onboarding, programme delivery and offboarding.
  • Acting as an RSM brand ambassador to deliver an exceptional internship and work shadowing offering nationally.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics for the work shadowing and internship programmes at RSM. Acting as a main point of contact internally for the business regarding work experience and internship programmes.
  • Acting as a main point of contact for candidates applying and joining our work experience and internship programmes to answer their questions before, during and post programmes. This includes managing a central inbox.
  • Ensuring these cohorts have an allocation of line managers, buddies, and mentors (if required).
  • Ensuring consistent recruitment processes for the programmes are followed using recruitment technology efficiently to manage candidate pipelines and updating forecasts as required.
  • Maintaining a focus on diversity and inclusion and support initiatives to attract a diverse talent pool including RSM’s commitment to Access Accountancy.
  • Working closely with our internal brand and comms team to ensure we have the marketing materials required to attract candidates to our work experience programmes.
  • Working as part of our national Early Careers Talent Acquisition team to ensure a joined‑up approach, supporting with attraction events and assessment activities as required.
What we are looking for :
  • Early Careers Talent Acquisition experience, ideally high volume hiring.
  • Experience of working within a professional services or partnership environment (desirable).
  • Outstanding attention to detail, strong organisational skills and strong time management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • An adept communicator, with the ability to engage and present to diverse audiences – confident speaking to groups in‑person and virtually.
  • Good data management and reporting skills.
  • Strong relationship building skills to manage stakeholder expectations and influencing.
  • A professional, proactive individual with the ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
  • A good knowledge of all Microsoft packages and ATS platforms is required.
  • Willingness to travel nationally and attend evening events.
