Role
  • Working directly with the Managing Director to grow the business
  • Work from home with travel to customer sites and startup events.
  • You will need to have success in one of these three professions: Sales / Talent Acquisition / Recruitment - we can teach you the rest.
Duties
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
  • Winning new Talent Acquisition projects
  • Delivering the strategy and fulfilling hiring needs
  • Teaching startups how to hire
  • Hiring prestigious roles: CIO / CEO / CTO / CMO / CFO / NED / Chairperson. Plus every key hire in each function - Sales / Marketing / IT / Finance / Operations / customer success etc
Sales & Business development
  • Outbound B2B sales role.
  • Full sales cycle from generating interest to closing deals.
  • Average deal sizes vary from £10k - £150k
  • Focused marketing and advertising campaigns including video content and social media
  • Running events for Startups / VCs

The Talent Acquisition Consultant will receive training and mentoring to progress their skills and enjoy attractive success-based bonuses alongside a salary. There will also be opportunities for progression and promotion.
