Job summary

SetSales is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our London HQ, onsite, Mon–Fri. You will own the recruitment lifecycle from role profiling to interviewing, while shaping our employer brand and candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with the CEO on recruiting strategy and drive process improvements across the team, with clear opportunities for internal progression as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with outstanding results.
• UK work permit
• Curious about and passionate about working with people.
• Willing to speak with people ranging from students to executives.
• Natural ability to make people feel comfortable

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of all recruitment process steps, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, and interviews.
• Build a strong employer brand to attract both obvious and covert talents.
• Own the execution of developing and automating recruiting processes.
• Improve onboarding in collaboration with management
