Job summary

Nottinghamshire County Council is seeking a Talent Acquisition and Workforce Planning Officer to lead recruitment for a range of roles within the council. The role combines recruitment management, onboarding oversight, and events coordination in a hybrid, 37-hour week based at County Hall, West Bridgford.

You will develop inclusive attraction strategies, support training programmes, and ensure compliant recruitment administration and reporting.

Qualifications

  • A relevant qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in recruitment and workforce planning, preferably within a public sector environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with recruitment software and databases.
