A leading spirits company in Scotland is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to manage the entire recruitment lifecycle. This role focuses on creating an exceptional candidate experience and promoting diversity in hiring practices. The ideal candidate will have proven recruitment experience, strong communication skills, and a strategic approach to talent acquisition. Additionally, they will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to strengthen the employer brand while driving initiatives that align with the company's values and growth strategies.

As Talent Acquisition Advisor, you’ll partner with the Talent Acquisition Manager, Heads of HR, and business to deliver a professional recruitment service that supports strategic priorities. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, creating an exceptional candidate experience while coaching hiring managers and promoting inclusive hiring practices.
You’ll design sourcing strategies that drive diversity and align with business goals, leveraging market insights and data to continuously improve. Collaborating with agency partners, education providers, and internal networks, you’ll strengthen our talent pipeline and employer brand. Working closely with HR Centres of Excellence, you’ll also contribute to global talent projects and programmes.
