Talent Acquisition Advisor

Permanent, ASAP start.

Salary up to £36 (London-based) or £33k (UK-based), dependent on experience.

Hybrid, 2 days per week in the office.

Public Sector, Politics.

Varying Locations: Cardiff, Belfast or London.

The Client

A fantastic opportunity to work for a rapidly growing political finance firm in their newly formed and expanding Talent Acquisition team! They have offices across the UK and are considering candidates based in Cardiff, Belfast and London.

About the Role

A newly formed role and division, to sit alongside one other Advisor and reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager.

  • A true end to end internal recruitment position, from working with line managers to sourcing candidates and onboarding.
  • This is a busy role, where the team are looking for someone who is looking to expand their experience and work in an autonomous environment, able to manage the full recruitment lifecycle as well as suggest ideas and have strategic input.
  • There is a strategic element to this position, including the developing recruitment plans and building out the wider strategy of the growing team.
  • Scope to shape work around early careers, employer branding, tech-enabled hiring, and internal mobility.
Candidate Specification
  • In-house end to end talent acquisition experience is essential.
  • Agency talent acquisition experience is desired.
  • Strong technical and data handling experience - experience using iTrent ATS is desirable.
  • Our client are looking for a proactive, conscientious and curious candidate who wants to develop in their career and take on additional responsibilities.
  • A candidate who is naturally inquisitive, proactive, and comfortable engaging senior stakeholders is ideal for this role!
Additional Information
  • Salary: Up to £36 (for London-based candidates), or up to £33k for candidates outside of London, based on experience.
  • Open to candidates based in Belfast, Cardiff and London!
