Description
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our Human Resources team in Birmingham on a permanent basis. This role will play a key part in delivering high-quality recruitment support across our Legal practice groups partnering closely with hiring managers to attract and secure top legal talent.
You will deliver a progressive inclusive and end-to-end talent acquisition service that meets the needs of the firm.
You'll lead our direct sourcing strategy to reduce costs and time-to-hire proactively engaging passive talent and leveraging specialist agencies where needed. You'll build strong networks and market insight across our core growth areas.
Partnering with Practice Group Leaders Team Leaders and hiring managers you'll provide expert guidance throughout the hiring process for legal roles. You'll also help shape our employer brand and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
