A leading cooperative organization in Manchester is looking for a Talent Acquisition Adviser to enhance recruitment practices. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process while fostering relationships with hiring managers to ensure a positive candidate experience. Ideal candidates will have proven recruitment experience and excellent communication skills, along with a passion for delivering service. This role offers a competitive salary and a range of benefits including an annual bonus and generous holiday entitlement.
£30,000 - £35,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6B)
6‑12 month Fixed Term Contract
Manchester City Centre; hybrid working two days a week.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Adviser to join the Talent Acquisition team within our wider Co‑op Business Services (CBS) organisation. CBS is made up of a number of diverse teams dedicated to delivering high‑quality, reliable and cost‑effective business services across our Co‑op. You’ll play a key role in helping CBS support and realise our group vision of ‘co‑operating to build more value for member‑owners every day’.
You’ll need to be passionate about delivering an efficient service to candidates and hiring managers, driving the delivery of a consultative recruitment experience for the business and our candidates. We’ll look to you to help us transform talent acquisition at Co‑op by embracing technology, fine‑tuning our processes, and getting closer to customers and candidates than ever before.
As a Talent Acquisition Adviser, you’ll play a key role in how we bring in great talent to our Co‑op. You’ll manage the end‑to‑end resourcing process – working with hiring managers to make the right selection decisions and providing an excellent candidate experience all the way from application through to on‑boarding.
