PA Consulting Group in London is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator on a 6-month Fixed Term Contract to support leadership hiring and streamline recruitment processes.
In this hybrid role, you will coordinate complex recruitment, greet candidates, and manage interview logistics, reporting, and timelines across time zones. You will contribute to candidate experience and ensuring smooth hiring workflows using SmartRecruiters.

What you can expect
Hybrid working-minimum 2days per week in theLondonofficeto be with the team,and flexibility to come to the office whenrequiredfor candidates
Coordinate complex recruitment processes from interview to verbal offer
Greeting candidates in-person for key interviews, communicating with them in a personable way to ensure a 5* interviewexperience (overphone, email, Teams, in-person)
Manage candidate and hiring manager activities to ensure smooth,timelyprocesses (in different time zones) in our ATS,SmartRecruiters
Handle interviewlogistics, including room bookings and feedback sessions
Useexceland data to lead on Reporting and to drive process improvements
Raise and track purchase orders for agencies and search firms
You'veusedanATSand Excel comfortablyinpreviousroles
Experience in a fast-pacedTA admin(or similar)rolesupporting high-volume recruitment processes
Highly organised with high attention to detail
An ability to quickly prioritise (and re-prioritise) workload when needed
Clear communication and proactive solve problem mindset
Experience using systems and data to improve processes
