A leading childcare provider in the UK is seeking a Talent Acquisition Administrator to support their recruitment team. This role offers flexible working options, strong support for employee well-being, and opportunities for career development. The position includes creating job descriptions, posting adverts, and assisting with interview scheduling.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join Tops Day Nurseries and Shoots at our Head Office in Southbourne. This is an exciting opportunity with an expanding employer! Operating throughout Dorset, Hampshire, Somerset, Wiltshire and Devon, we supply education and care at every stage via the provision of nursery care for the children and vocational training.
This role will involve supporting in all aspects of administration within our positive and proactive Talent Acquisition team.
You will not need to have had previous recruitment experience to be considered for this role, however you will need to have strong previous experience within an administrative role, where accuracy, attention to detail, communication and excellent time management are a must.
We are looking for someone who can not only work independently, but can also work well as a team, have strong written and oral communication skills, and be able to prioritise your workload effectively.
