Hours

Monday-Friday call outs are £13.85 per hour. Shift 1 retainer: £3,601 per annum

Location

The role will be based across the Bromley Borough

Are you passionate about supporting older people? Do you want to make a real difference in your community? If so, Age UK Bromley & Greenwich is looking for a Take Home & Settle Assistant to join our dedicated team!

As a Take Home & Settle Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring clients have a safe, comfortable return home from hospital. You’ll take clients home, help them settle in, and provide both practical and emotional support. Your responsibilities include handling essential needs like delivering medication and basic food suppies along with follow-up check-ins when required to support their wellbeing.
