Job summary

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part-time Tailor at The Levi’s Tailor Shop in Brent Cross, London. The role focuses on customising Levi’s products on the shop floor, taking measurements for leg alterations, and delivering superb customer service.

The ideal candidate has tailoring experience (retail ideal) and strong sewing skills, with a creative mindset and a passion for the Levi’s brand. Competitive pay and a dynamic, iconic brand environment await.

Responsibilities

• Understand customer needs, including customising Levi’s products on the shop floor and taking measurements for leg alterations in changing rooms.
• Support the shop floor team with sales and delivering exceptional customer service, once tailoring duties are complete.
• Deliver great customer service and schedule/coordinate appointments.
• Communicate effectively with other Tailors, Sales Stylists and Store Management to ensure smooth operations.

The Levi’s Tailor Shop is a highly skilled professional station in stores, offering customers the unique opportunity to customize, personalize and repair their Levi’s.
