Field Sales Solutions is seeking flexible, self-employed Merchandisers to represent our client in-store across Aberdeen area. You will conduct regular merchandising visits on a 4-week cycle, stocking displays, and auditing locations to ensure standards are met.

This role offers ad hoc calls with earnings tied to activity, and the opportunity to build a regular field schedule while maintaining independence and reliability. Strong communication and punctuality are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Good communication skills.
• Accuracy & punctuality.
• Relevant experience in either Sales, Merchandising, Auditing or Retail environment.
• Proficient in the use of mobile application’s/data capture.

We are currently looking for Merchandisers to represent our client to conduct regular merchandising in stores on a continuous basis with the opportunity to have more ‘calls’ offered.

What you will need:

• Good Communication skills

• A positive ‘Can do’ attitude
• Relevant experience in either Sales, Merchandising, Auditing or Retail environment
• Proficient in the use of mobile application’s/data capture

Typical Description of role:

Pay Rate

Pay rate for a call varies on a per activity basis, but some contributing factors would be the duration of call or complexity of call.

You will also have the opportunity to obtain a bonus per call on most activities.
