Job summary

An engaging community organization in Belfast is hiring a Tabletop Game Library and Fundraising Coordinator to manage their games library and coordinate fundraising activities. Tabletop Game Library and Fundraising Coordinator

THE EMPLOYER IS: BATTLE INC GAMING CICOrganising and maintaining Battle Inc’s games library while developing and supporting creative fundraising activities that help sustain and grow the organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Cataloguing games on BGG (Board Game Geek).
  • Keeping games playable and presentable -from repairs to boxes & making sure each game has a set of rules.
  • Ability to learn and understand different types of tabletop games.
  • Care and maintenance of shared resources.
  • Creativity and developing fundraising ideas and activities.
  • Ability to promote fundraising activities in person and online.
  • Cash handling and simple financial recording.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Available to work evenings and weekends.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Commitment to inclusion, accessibility, and creating a safe space.
  • Respect for confidentiality and organisational values.
  • Experience in hospitality, customer service, events, or gaming spaces.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of board games.
  • Confidence teaching or explaining games.
  • First aid or safeguarding awareness (training can be provided).
  • Ability to handle bookings or cash/card payment - training will be provided
