Qualifications

• Experience in system V&V for electro-mechanical products.
• Hands-on testing with lab equipment and test rigs.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex interactions between software, electronics and mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, test and validate SW/HW for electric drive systems.
• Validate outsourced components (batteries, sensors, HMI).
• Identify issues, perform root cause analysis and propose fixes.
• Plan, develop and document new test methods and scripts.
• Maintain test jigs and equipment and expand testing capabilities.
• Support failure mode and effect analyses and validation mitigations.
• Drive V&V best practices and continuous improvement.
