We are recruiting for a Biometrics Engineer QA to join our team.

The qualified candidate will support Physical Access Control Solutions (PACS) Business Area by validating the successful integration and performance of Physical Access Systems comprising of, but not limited to; Authentication Credentials and services (Physical and Mobile), Authentication Devices, Access Control Devices and Device/System Management.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct testing of physical access control products, address and resolve customer-reported issues, report bugs, and create and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Perform black box and automation testing.
  • Set up and maintain the testing environment in the lab, including Windows, Android, and iOS platforms.
  • Validate and troubleshoot issues, provide information to the development team, and assist in resolving them.
  • Conduct regression testing before release.
  • Communicate effectively regarding issues, objectives, initiatives, and processes to plan.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Experience and Education include:
  • Possesses or working towards a degree or equivalent qualification or 1 year related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • IT/IP Networking and associated technologies.
  • Lean and Agile methodologies, including SAFe.
  • Access Control management via Head-End or IAM Systems.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, Android, iOS.
  • Working knowledge of networking, switches, routers etc.
