VIVA Tech Talent is seeking a hands-on IT Administrator to join a fast-scaling technology company serving safety-critical industries. You will install, configure and maintain business-critical systems, manage user accounts, and support several sites with on-site and remote assistance.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of IT, systems or network admin experience, strong Windows/Linux skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Google Workspace.

Competenze

• 1–3 years of commercial experience in IT, systems or network administration.
• Windows, Linux and Mac desktop administration and troubleshooting.
• Experience supporting business applications such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange or Google Workspace.
• Working knowledge of Windows and Linux servers and Active Directory.
• Solid networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPNs, wired and wireless.
• Proven Tier 1 and Tier 2 support experience.
• An understanding of cyber security basics: firewalls, antivirus, email security.
• Attention to detail, a self-starter's instinct and clear communication.
