  • Assist with projects, including testing and implementation of new system features and changes
  • Conduct data validation, quality checks, and reconciliation to maintain data integrity
  • Produce accurate management reports, performance data, and ad‑hoc analysis
  • Create and update documentation such as training materials, user guides, and e‑learning content
  • Manage user access, system licensing, and permissions in line with policies
  • Support system change control processes, including configuration and testing activities
  • Act as a first point of triage for incidents and service requests, escalating as required
  • Liaise with external suppliers to report, track, and resolve software issues
  • Ensure all data management activities adhere to GDPR and internal policies
What we’re looking for
  • Educated to a minimum of Level 2 (GCSE or equivalent) including English and Maths
  • ITIL Foundation qualification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in data management, validation, and application support
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to adapt communication style to suit different audiences
  • Experience of working in a customer‑focused or service‑oriented environment
  • Advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of change control, configuration management, and GDPR principles
What you’ll get in return
  • Salary of £25,238 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave, plus your birthday off
  • Life assurance cover (4x salary)
  • Pension scheme with up to 6% employer contribution
  • Additional benefits including retail and gym discounts, health cash plan and cycle to work scheme
  • Volunteer days and access to a comprehensive wellbeing programme
  • Tailored learning and development support with real opportunities to progress
